TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT

·       All classes must be paid on the 1^st week of every month.

(Payments are split over 12 months).

·       Any payments paid after the 1^st week will occur a £5 late fee.

·       No refund will be given if your child misses class.

·       No refund will be given if a child wishes to leave or cancel a class.

·       All Accounts must be settled by the last day of term. This is a

settlement period of approximately 90 days.

·       Accounts unsettled by the last day of term will have a 5% Surcharge added to them.

·       We reserve the right to suspend your child’s classes and withhold examination results until any overdue payments have been received.

STUDIO RULES

·       Be on time!

·       Please wear the correct dance attire and footwear for each class.

·       Hair must be in a bun for ballet and tied up for all other classes.

·       No jewellery to be worn to class – exception stud earrings.

·       No interrupting classes whilst in session. All questions can be addressed at the end of class, or a text/email message us.

·       Please bring plenty of water and a light snack.

·       All students and parents must treat each other equally and with respect. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying.

·       Please make sure a parent or guardian is outside the studio for pick up at the end of your child’s class. Please stay near your car or in your car and your child will come to you. Please also keep the studio entrance free for social distancing purposes. If you are running late, please contact us.

·       Please drop off/pick up your child at the correct time.

·       If your child has Covid-19 like symptoms, please do not attend class. If your child is being tested for Covid-19 please stay at home until you have been tested negative.

·       The safety of children within the school is paramount. All children have the right to be protected from abuse. All allegations and suspicions will be taken seriously and dealt with quickly and appropriately.

·       All choreography and music at HOD is highly protected and should not be shared with others unless permitted by HOD.

·       Photographs or videos may be taken by the school staff or appointed professionals for use in promoting the school. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to inform a staff member if they do not permit this. 

By enrolling your child into HOD dance studio you are to abide by the above rules. You also agree to the capture of photographic images and videography of the named participant(s) for use in evaluation documentation, promotion and marketing for HOD. These images and recordings may be used for flyers, social media platforms and our website. I understand the information given above will only be used by House of Dance.
